How to Find a Buyer for Commercial Real Estate Property

Silverstone Managers has launched Suite ‘N’ Crib, an innovative, tech-powered rental platform aimed at transforming Nigeria’s real estate sector by enhancing transparency, flexibility, and accessibility.

Unveiled in Lagos, the platform is designed to bridge the gap between verified property owners, prospective tenants, and real estate agents through a secure and user-friendly digital marketplace. By digitizing the rental process, Suite ‘N’ Crib seeks to address persistent issues in the sector—such as affordability, trust, and safety.

Unlike conventional rental systems that often require tenants to commit to long-term leases, the new platform offers flexible payment plans, allowing users to rent properties for as short as one month. This approach not only makes housing more accessible but also aligns with the evolving needs of renters.

The platform enables property owners and developers to list available units and earn consistent rental income, while tenants can browse and book apartments directly from verified sources—reducing fraud and improving transparency.

According to Dominic Mukoro, Head of Product at Silverstone Managers, the platform is built to benefit all stakeholders across the real estate value chain. “Suite ‘N’ Crib leverages technology to lower vacancy rates, promote passive income for property owners, and simplify rental processes for everyone involved,” he said.

With this launch, Silverstone Managers positions itself at the forefront of Nigeria’s evolving proptech space, offering modern solutions to age-old industry challenges.
