I am Mr Austin Douglas, the brand owner of Realtorking Estates Ltd and the manager of Excellent Square investment Nig. Ltd. I am a professional Realtor who started my real estate journey with global properties domiciled in Port Harcourt. There, i served in the capacity of a business development executive who’s job role was to bring clients to the company, assist them with legal documentation as well as advice prospective investors on making the right investment decisions.

After over five years of hard work and dedication; I was hired by Riltech Properties Ltd, a more robust real estate company with a proven track record of Excellence to serve in the company of a general manager. With my expertise, experience and vast knowledge in the real Estate sector, I was able to blend capacity with skills to boost the company’s overall financially records as well as overseeing the establishment of five branches within a space of two years.

In Abuja space, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Sales Manager and the Assistant Human Resource Manager at Double Grace Estate and as General Manager of Excellent Square Investment Nig. Ltd. With my inexplicable skills and foresight, I have been able to calve a niche for myself while setting a pace for realtors to follow.
